I’m here to walk alongside people as they remember their own truth, reclaim their inner authority, and learn how to live from it.
Since childhood, I’ve felt the quiet hum beneath the surface of life — the unseen threads that weave everything together. What once felt like sensitivity became a language of listening, teaching me to sense beyond words and trust what lives beneath the obvious.
When loss cracked my heart open, it didn’t break me — it opened a doorway. Through breath, energy, and movement, I began to remember who I am: human and infinite, grounded and guided. In learning how to be present with the body, I found something steady — a way home.
How This Work Took Shape
My path unfolded through breathwork, sound, and energy, teaching me how the body remembers what the mind forgets.
I trained in traditional and flow breathwork, sound healing, embodiment-based practices, and Reiki, learning how to support the nervous system in shifting from survival into safety, from contraction into flow.
Curiosity and lived experience led me deeper into the Akashic Records, Astrology, and Human Design — not as belief systems, but as tools for understanding soul patterns, conditioning, and innate design. Through this work, I learned how to see each person’s essence with clarity and compassion, and how to guide them back to their own inner authority.
Today, I work with those who feel the old ways no longer fit and are ready to engage more honestly with themselves — not to be fixed, but to remember who they already are and learn how to live from that place.
